Kvalligraphy
A downloadable bitmap font
NB1: readability not guaranteed!
NB2: the "Kva" in Kvalligraphy is pronounced like "kwah" or "kuh-wah". I don't really mind people mispronouncing *cough-cough*mynickname*cough-cough*, but just so you know...
People often compliment my cursive handwriting. I have no idea why, but at least you can see for yourself if you like it or not with Kvalligraphy, a bitmap font based on the aforementioned handwriting.
The font comes in two size-varied versions (8x8 and 8x16), consists of most of the printable basic and extended ASCII table characters (I think) and is intended to be used for developing games for old video game systems like NES or Gameboy (even though readability isn't guaranteed). Available currently for download are:
- 8x8 version (both fixed and variable-width) for using with GB Studio projects (or whatever else you'd like to use it for),
- 8x8 and 8x16 versions plus additional files for using with the latest version of Butano (warning: those are still work-in-progress),
- raw 8x8 and 8x16 images with Flipnote Studio 3D palette for editing (the files are not backwards compatible, though a .kwz file may be added soon)
This font, as well as the bonus illustration included with the font's GB Studio version, is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License, which means you can do whatever you want with it as long as you credit me, kva64.
